- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Golf Course Use and Safety
Players are responsible for following golf course rules and maintaining a safe environment.
- Follow all posted course rules and etiquette
- Maintain proper pace of play
- Repair divots and ball marks on greens
- Keep carts on designated paths only
- Report any safety concerns immediately
6. Liability and Insurance
Players are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while using our facilities.
- Basic liability coverage is included in all services
- Players are liable for any damage to course property
- Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase
- We are not liable for personal belongings left on the course
- Report all incidents to our staff immediately
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
- Personal information is collected only as necessary for our services
- We do not share personal information with third parties without consent
